In these Terms set out the basis on which the Rolling Stones hostel will provide accommodation and other products and services to their hotel Customers and Guests. At the moment of booking, the Customer agrees and have to comply with these Terms.
1. INTERPRETATION
In these Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
"Arrival date" means the date of commencement of the client's stay in a hostel in accordance with the reservation.
"Booking" means the Booking by the Client housing, and any other products and services specified in the Booking, which made for Rolling Stones hostel.
"Booking details" means the details of the reservation including number of guests, number of rooms, duration of stay in the hostel and any other products and / or services that will be included in the Reservation.
"Charges" means the costs payable by the Client in connection with the Booking.
"Contract" means the contract between the Client and the Rolling Stones hostel in connection with the Booking.
"Customer" means the person making the Booking.
"The Rolling Stones hostel" means a company (IE Lozovsky, A. S., bin SP 315385000086998 of 29.10.2015 INN 380895951585) which runs the hostel.
"Guests" - means any third party whom Customer invites to the Hostel in connection with the Booking.
"Hostel" means a facility stay type hotel, which is owned by the Rolling Stones hostel, the location of which is specified in the Booking
2. BOOKING
2.1 the Client may request the Reservation through the web site Rolling Stones hostel or contact the Rolling Stones hostel.
2.2 When you request a Booking the Customer must provide identifying information, including your name, address, contact telephone number and email address.
2.3 Any request for a Booking is not accepted as long as the Rolling Stones hostel confirms its adoption and will not provide a link to the Booking confirmation.
2.4. In accordance with paragraph 4 of the Rolling Stones hostel will make all reasonable efforts and measures to meet any request from the Client to modify the details of the booking, but any request for change of dates, length of stay, or add products and / or services will be implemented depending on availability. At the time the Customer pays for the changes to standard costs Rolling Stones hostel.
2.5 When booking beds in the common room of Rolling Stones hostel will try to settle in, people having the same reservation, in the same room, however, for otherwise it cannot be guaranteed.
3. PAYMENT
3.1. Fees will be taken by Rolling Stones hostel from the Client after making the Reservation.
3.2 Unless otherwise agreed by the Rolling Stones hostel, fees will be charged only for the provision of accommodation in the hostel.
3.3 Clients will be informed about the amount of additional Charges before they occur.
3.4 The Booking will be paid by Client in advance or on arrival. Rolling Stones hostel administration choose the type of it. For Reservations and / or Deposit the Customer provides a valid debit / credit card. Any additional Fees can be accepted at check-in the Dorm or at the time of booking.
3.5. If the Customer has not made full payment at the time of Booking all Fees must be paid by Client immediately upon registration at the hostel. Any additional Fees must be paid or incurred, or as the Rolling Stones hostel, once the Customer will arrive at the hostel.
3.6. Payment methods accepted Rolling Stones hostel
3.6.1 Credit and debit cards

3.6.2. If the Customer pays in person at the hostel: cash, credit or debit card.
4. BOOKING CANCELLATION
4.1. The client may cancel the Booking without charge if the notification is provided to Rolling Stones hostel no later than 72 hours before day of arrival. In this case, Rolling Stones hostel will refund to the Client all sums paid by the Client in advance.
4.2 If the Customer was offered a discounted rate provided that the reservations are not refundable after the cancellation in case of cancellation, all costs applicable to that booking, must be paid in full.
4.3 If the Customer does not provide notice of cancellation in accordance with clause 4.1 or will not call to the Hostel according to the Date of arrival, the whole Booking will be cancelled and the customer must pay the Hostel equivalent to the First night hotel stay in a hostel.
4.4. Rolling Stones hostel may at any time cancel the Reservation if this property becomes unavailable due to circumstances not controlled by Rolling Stones hostel, and in this case Rolling Stones hostel provides to the Client a full refund of any amounts previously paid for the Reservation.
4.5 Rolling Stones hostel may at any time cancel the Booking if payment information provided by the Customer in accordance with paragraph 3.4 shall be void and the Client is unable to provide an alternative valid data.
5. CHECK IN / OUT
5.1 the arrival Time at the hostel starts from 13:00 hours. Check in from 13:00 may be allowed with prior arrangement with Rolling Stones hostel and subject to availability.
5.2 check-out Time from hostel is unti 12:00 hours. Late check-out may be allowed with prior arrangement with the Rolling Stones hostel at a surcharge and subject to availability. In the absence of prior agreement failure to discharge until 12:00 hours may lead to the fact that the Customer will be assessed a penalty equivalent to the Following hotel days at the standard applicable rate. After payment the Client is obliged to leave the room if required by staff the Rolling Stones hostel.
6. THE RULES OF THE HOSTEL
6.1 When you register at the hostel, the Customer have to provide the document proving the identity.
6.2 the Client must to observe the rules of the hostel and to ensure that the Client's Guests spent time in the hostel reasonably and responsibly, should not commit actions that in any way may interfere with other visitors at the hostel. Guests must follow the rules, other way they will be asked to leave the Hostel.
6.3 Smoking is prohibited and only allowed in designated Smoking areas.
6.4 the Customer shall be liable for any loss or damage caused to the hostel personally or Guests of the Client. Guest will be responsible for the reasonable costs of repair, cleaning or replacement of any property of the Rolling Stones hostel, which is damaged, contaminated or lost by the guest.
6.5 In the hostel are not allowed Pets except guide dogs.
6.6. Rolling Stones hostel does not accept bookings made by persons under the age of 15. Persons under 18 years old cannot stay in dormitory rooms, but they can stay in private rooms when accompanied by an adult. If your age is between 15-18 years, and you want to stay in a separate room, you'll need written consent from your parent or guardian. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without refund.
7. PERSONAL DATA
7.1. Processing Customer data is carried out in accordance with the personal data protection Law of the Russian Federation.
7.2. The customer consents to the collection of personal Customer data such as name, surname, email address, address, contact information, information about number, name of the holder and date of issue credit or debit cards, passport data.
7.3 Personal data is used by Rolling Stones hostel for performance of the Contract, for marketing, as the basis for the statistics.
7.5 As a Customer of Rolling Stones hostel, you agree to receive marketing information by telephone, e-mail, text messages and other digital channels.
7.6. Personal information is disclosed to the government only when required by law or pursuant to a formal order.
